Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Allooh Connect, operated by Goldenseal OÜ. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Allooh / We / Us / The Platform: the service operated by Goldenseal OÜ at allooconnect.com.
  • User / You: any person who creates an account.
  • Member: a user who books conversations.
  • Host: a verified expert who offers conversations.
  • Ambassador: a partner who promotes the platform under our affiliate programme.
  • Points: prepaid credits used to book conversations.

2. Account creation and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our sole discretion. One person, one account.

3. Roles

The same person can act as a Member, a Host, and/or an Ambassador. Each role carries specific obligations described in our Sales Conditions and Code of Conduct. Hosts undergo identity verification (KYC) before accepting bookings.

4. Conduct rules

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any user.
  • Publish, request, or deliver adult, sexual, or pornographic content.
  • Solicit or offer prostitution or any illegal service.
  • Provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice in a manner that breaches the rules of your profession.
  • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees or escrow.
  • Use the platform to spam, phish, or distribute malware.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts. See the Code of Conduct for details.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law. Suspended users keep read-only access to their data for 30 days, after which the account is anonymised unless legal obligations require longer retention.

You may close your account at any time from your settings. Pending bookings must be completed or cancelled first.

6. Intellectual property

Allooh, the wordmark, the logo, and all platform code, designs, and content created by us are owned by Goldenseal OÜ. Hosts retain full ownership of the content they create during sessions, but grant Allooh a non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform and resolving disputes.

7. Limitation of liability

Allooh acts as a technical intermediary between Members and Hosts. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any conversation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid in the previous 12 months, or (b) €500. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

For users residing in the European Union, these Terms are governed by French law and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

For users outside the EU, these Terms are governed by the law of your country of residence to the extent that mandatory local consumer law applies; otherwise by French law.
