Code of Conduct

Allooh Connect exists to make expert knowledge accessible through warm, respectful conversations. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone — Members, Hosts, and Ambassadors.
1. Be respectful
Treat every person with dignity. No insults, threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or repeated unwanted contact. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not.
2. Zero tolerance for hate speech
Content that demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age leads to immediate suspension.
3. No adult content, no prostitution
Allooh is not an adult platform. Sexual or pornographic content, sexual solicitation, escort services, and any sex work are strictly forbidden. This applies to text, images, audio, video, screen-share, and any private exchange.
4. No illegal services
You may not use Allooh to facilitate, plan, or carry out activities that are illegal in your jurisdiction or the other party's jurisdiction. This includes drugs, weapons, fraud, money laundering, hacking, and counterfeit goods.
5. Honest expertise
Hosts must accurately represent their qualifications. Do not impersonate someone else, do not falsify credentials, and do not provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) outside the limits of your licence and jurisdiction.
6. Privacy
Do not record or share a session without the other party's explicit consent. Do not request or store personal data beyond what's needed for the conversation. Treat anything shared during a session as confidential unless agreed otherwise.
7. Reporting and emergencies
If something goes wrong:
- Use the Report button on a booking, profile, or message.
- Email trust@alloohconnect.com for urgent moderation issues.
- For an immediate threat to life or safety, call your local emergency number before contacting us. See the Medical Disclaimer for emergency numbers in supported countries.
8. What happens after a report
A trust & safety reviewer triages every report within 48 hours. We may dismiss, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts. Reporters are kept informed of the outcome where possible.
9. Appeals
If you disagree with a moderation decision, reply to the notification or write to trust@alloohconnect.com. A second reviewer (not the original decision-maker) re-examines the case.
