Allooh Connect facilitates remote conversations with verified health professionals. Health-category bookings are informational discussions, not formal medical consultations.

1. Not a substitute for in-person care

A conversation on Allooh does not replace an in-person consultation, a physical examination, laboratory tests, or imaging. Diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions that require examination must be made by a clinician you see in person.

2. Not for emergencies

Allooh is not an emergency service. Hosts cannot provide emergency care, dispatch ambulances, or guarantee real-time availability. If you experience any of the following, stop using the platform and call your local emergency number immediately:

• Chest pain or difficulty breathing
• Severe bleeding or trauma
• Suicidal thoughts or risk to yourself or others
• Loss of consciousness
• Stroke symptoms (face droop, arm weakness, speech difficulty)
• Severe allergic reaction

3. Emergency numbers by country

If your country isn't listed, please call your local emergency number.

4. Professional limits

Hosts are bound by the rules of their professional order in their country of practice. Some advice can only legally be given to patients with whom they have a formal therapeutic relationship. Hosts may decline to answer specific questions for this reason.

5. Records

Allooh stores booking metadata and ratings, but the content of a health conversation is not retained as a medical record. If you need a record of a consultation for clinical follow-up, ask your host directly.
